Shortly after, Jennifer completed the UCT Sectional Title Scheme Management Course, UCT Sectional Title Development Course and the Advanced Sectional Title Scheme Management Course, all of which are presented in conjunction with Paddocks.

Jennifer works closely with Prof. Graham Paddock, who is an authority on sectional title law in South Africa, and currently works as a sectional title consultant advising bodies corporate, owners and managing agents on the management of sectional title schemes.
