document.write("We are afew months away from settling our bond. It's been 6 years. How did we manage this? By living within our means, not lowering our payments even when the bond rate fell and by paying in extra as we had money available. In the good times we lived cautiously. Many people have fallen on bad times because they simply wasted money during the good times and tried to keep up with the Jones'. I say let the Jones' drive their fancy cars and wear their designer outfits. I'd rather be debt free than fasionably ruined. I thank God every day for the blessings He has bestowed upon us. We've also found that by sharing we recieve more (this is no lie). Try it for yourself.
