As a Milnerton resident i admit Blouberg is a bit rough but if you live in Milnerton you need to leave before sunrise if you want to go to Clifton and get a parking. So we make do.  However Big Bay with its views, Blue Peter, One Huis etc is flippin awesome. Give it a try if you get sick of using an entire tank of fuel driving up and down Victoria Drive looking for a parking bay.. Craig Hallett");

Parklands is safer than most southern suburb areas, I'd rather live in Tableview area than in some hi-jack hotspot in the southern suburbs. I feel safer here than living in the southern suburbs where I got robbed numerous times even with ADT, alarm and 2 metre walls. Why would anyone want to live near Rondebosch, Mowbray,  Obs, Claremont, or Newlands with all the vagrants, crime, car theft over there? I'm not a low-income earner either, but I choose to live here because I like being near the beach.. Sandy");
