Technicians are attempting to restore water to parts of northern Johannesburg.

Several suburbs, including parts of Fourways and Bryanston, have been without water since Sunday because of a burst water pipe.

Jo’burg Water’s Baldwin Matsimela said it is still unclear when water will be restored.

“Unfortunately, they are still on site working on the burst pipe and at this time we don’t have an estimated time but we doing everything in our power, to make sure that water is restored to all areas which are affected,” Matsimela said.
